Hey! I'm Steven. I am a Cornwall Wedding Photographer. I have been professionally photographing weddings since 2004 and have captured hundreds of happy couples. Before I was a wedding photographer I was a professional music photographer working worldwide with big acts. My approach to wedding photography is simple: to create a whole story that documents your most important day in the most natural and beautiful way possible. Working on all that the pictures are captured for forever. I will always look to capture your special day naturally and organically, documenting the fun, laughter and happiness as and how it occurs. I cover set up, love, photographs of your big day directing you or your guests. I follow the narrative of the day and capture all of the magical moments.

I love being a wedding photographer in Cornwall. I've been professionally photographing weddings since 2004 and have captured hundreds of happy couples. Before I was a wedding photographer I was a professional music photographer working worldwide with big acts. Photography has always been a huge passion of mine ever since I was a child.

I grew up in Cornwall but have enjoyed travelling the world as much as possible since my early 20s. Not only do I love photographing weddings in Cornwall, I've never been lucky enough to capture couples special days all over the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.

Maternity Photography in Delaware and Pennsylvania

Maternity sessions are the perfect way to remember this special time, just before the baby arrives and your family grows! They're laid back, fun, and include the whole family (spouse and siblings). The journey to motherhood is amazing, scary, and beautiful all at the same time. Maternity sessions are always so magical and I love showcasing your beauty as you prepare to bring this new life into the world. No matter which session you choose, you will be posed and directed to create flattering, beautiful images that feel relaxed and natural.

Choosing Your Session Style

Blueprint Photography offers two types of Kennett Square and Delaware maternity sessions: Studio or Outdoor. Each style of session preserves the memories of this amazing time. The simplicity and focus on the future baby with simple backgrounds, beautiful posing, and different lighting make the studio a great choice, while outdoor sessions focus on the family's connections in nature.

Outdoor Maternity Sessions

Outdoor maternity sessions in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania take place in a location of your choice. My favorite locations are Gibraltar Gardens (Wilmington), Fair Hill Nature Center (Elkton, MD), downtown Kennett Square, and a lovely random field in the middle of Landenberg, PA. Outdoor sessions schedule from April through November and are a mix of posed ("formal"), and candid, fun images. We will meet approximately one hour before sunset at our designated location. The session itself will take about an hour. Please plan for one outfit for each family member as there are usually no changing locations available, and time is of the essence when we are working with available daylight.

Studio Maternity Sessions

Studio sessions are held year-round in my private Kennett Square photography studio, and are a great back-up option for an outdoor session in the event of bad weather. Studio maternity sessions allow for wardrobe changes and background changes to create images that are classic and timeless. These sessions run about one to one and a half hours, and can include several outfit changes. While there is no limit on the number of outfit changes, in my experience, mamas tend to find three outfit changes manageable.

Planning Your Session

I usually recommend booking your maternity session between 30 and 35 weeks pregnant. Submit an inquiry through my website then we'll chat about availability and what you're envisioning for your maternity session! We will go over all the session details, including what to bring, what to expect on the day of your session, what to wear, and pricing / packages. A "What to Wear" email will be sent upon scheduling! When you're ready to book your session, the session fee and photo contract is due. Once you sign the client agreement, pay the retainer, and fill out a quick questionnaire, you're officially booked!

Session Day and Beyond

Yay, it's session day! We're going to have so much fun taking pictures and documenting your motherhood glow and the sweetest memories. A sneak peek will be sent to you within 72 hours of your maternity session and your entire gallery will be delivered within 4 weeks of your session! For studio sessions, we will schedule your Reveal & Ordering Appointment where you will select and pay for your package.

Engagement and Couple Photographer Cornwall

As well as being a wedding photographer in Cornwall I am also a professional couple and engagement photoshoots. I love photographing love! In which I do love having photographed couples for the last 15 years in Cornwall and the rest of the world.

Whether you are a new couple or have been married for 50+ years, a professional couple is a wonderful gift. I have photographed couples of many stages of their relationship.

I always make sure the photoshoots are relaxed, unposed, and fun. Not many people enjoy having their photos taken, including me, which is why I make sure that you are both relaxed and happy during the shoot.

Engagement photoshoots are a great way to get used to the camera before your wedding and are offered as part of my wedding photography.
