Hey! I'm Steven. I am a Cornwall Wedding Photographer. I have been professionally photographing weddings since 2004 and have captured hundreds of happy couples. Before I was a wedding photographer I was a professional music photographer working worldwide with big acts. My approach to wedding photography is simple: to create a whole story that documents your most important day in the most natural and beautiful way possible. Working on all that the pictures are captured for forever. I will always look to capture your special day naturally and organically, documenting the fun, laughter and happiness as and how it occurs. I cover set up, love, photographs of your big day directing you or your guests. I follow the narrative of the day and capture all of the magical moments.

I love being a wedding photographer in Cornwall. I've been professionally photographing weddings since 2004 and have captured hundreds of happy couples. Before I was a wedding photographer I was a professional music photographer working worldwide with big acts. Photography has always been a huge passion of mine ever since I was a child.

I grew up in Cornwall but have enjoyed travelling the world as much as possible since my early 20s. Not only do I love photographing weddings in Cornwall, I've never been lucky enough to capture couples special days all over the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.

Devon and Cornwall Wedding Photography: Capturing Moments and Magic

A collection of some of my favourite moments captured in 2024! Finally! Here it is, some of my favourite moments of 2024! It is a bit of a funny one for me, capturing love everywhere and losing my own long term relationship at the start of the year. But hey, I’m staying positive and looking ahead excited what the future will bring… I want to take this as an opportunity to thank all my amazing couples to put their trust in me to capture one of their most important days in their life, I truly feel honoured to have the privilege. And to all the suppliers I worked with this year, we have such a great community in the Southwest, what a beautiful industry to work in.

Sandycove Hotel, North Devon

Rachel and Mandeep's fun and colourful wedding at Sandycove Hotel in North Devon. Always a pleasure shooting a wedding on the north Devon Coastline, I love it up there and always try and stay a couple of days if I can. This spot of coast is just divine. I love the North Devon Coastline, so much that I made a long weekend out of it. I stayed on a campsite literally 15 minute walk from the hotel. A stunning walk through the clifftop woodland and enjoyed a swim in the same cove I took this gorgeous couple for photos the next day. Rachel and Mandeep said ‘I do’ at Sandycove Hotel with a whole lot of good friends and family. Such a colourful and amazing day to capture!

Higher Eggbeer, Devon

My first time shooting a wedding at Higher Eggbeer in Devon and I can’t wait to be back! A thatch roof farm with 2 rustic barns full of charm and amazing views over Dartmoor… Now this was a STUNNER of a day in any stretch of imagination! It felt like the first day of spring after a long period of bad weather and I happened to be working at one of the most stunning Devon wedding venues with a bunch of legends! My first time photographing a wedding at Higher Eggbeer and oh mighty what a place. A thatch roof farm with 2 rustic barns full of charm, beautifully maintained grounds with views over Dartmoor. Oh and did I mention the pool and the tennis court? A beautiful setting to relax, unwind and celebrate with your friends and family. And for photography it offers endless photo spots and backdrops. Jess and Conor were married here on the 20th of April and brought a whole bunch of lovely family and friends with them. I truly felt like a part of their ‘gang’ by the end of the day, a dream wedding which ticked all the boxes!

Harefield Barn, Devon

Emma and Dan’s fantastic Devon wedding at Harefield Barn. A relaxed vibe wedding at a beautiful barn wedding venue in the heart of Devon’s countryside. Emma and Dan’s wedding at Harefield Barn in Devon was fantastic. They are such a lovely couple to work with and are truly made for each other. There was a strong bond and connection to feel between them which really helps to produce some great images. I met Emma and her bride clan at her mum’s house in Exeter before we headed to St James’s church just up the road. Emma’s family have a strong connection to this church so the ceremony and music was breathtakingly beautiful. And their lovely labrador Toby did a great job as ring bearer.

Engagement and Couple Photographer Cornwall

As well as being a wedding photographer in Cornwall I am also a professional couple and engagement photoshoots. I love photographing love! In which I do love having photographed couples for the last 15 years in Cornwall and the rest of the world.

Whether you are a new couple or have been married for 50+ years, a professional couple is a wonderful gift. I have photographed couples of many stages of their relationship.

I always make sure the photoshoots are relaxed, unposed, and fun. Not many people enjoy having their photos taken, including me, which is why I make sure that you are both relaxed and happy during the shoot.

Engagement photoshoots are a great way to get used to the camera before your wedding and are offered as part of my wedding photography.
