Hey! I'm Steven. I am a Cornwall Wedding Photographer. I have been professionally photographing weddings since 2004 and have captured hundreds of happy couples. Before I was a wedding photographer I was a professional music photographer working worldwide with big acts. My approach to wedding photography is simple: to create a whole story that documents your most important day in the most natural and beautiful way possible. Working on all that the pictures are captured for forever. I will always look to capture your special day naturally and organically, documenting the fun, laughter and happiness as and how it occurs. I cover set up, love, photographs of your big day directing you or your guests. I follow the narrative of the day and capture all of the magical moments.

I love being a wedding photographer in Cornwall. I've been professionally photographing weddings since 2004 and have captured hundreds of happy couples. Before I was a wedding photographer I was a professional music photographer working worldwide with big acts. Photography has always been a huge passion of mine ever since I was a child.

I grew up in Cornwall but have enjoyed travelling the world as much as possible since my early 20s. Not only do I love photographing weddings in Cornwall, I've never been lucky enough to capture couples special days all over the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.

Sneak Preview of Holiday Mini Sessions 2024

We are about to enter the busiest season for photographers. The Fall is a time of year during which time everyone is on the hunt for family photos, and most are interested in holiday mini sessions. If you are looking for a unique and fun Long Island holiday mini session, then you have come to the right place.

I have been photographing families in the Nassau County area for over a decade and I love working with each and every one of them. This year I will only be offering a very limited amount of holiday themed sessions, but the sessions I am offering are fun, exciting and new for the season.

Vintage Holiday Camper Session

Meet Camping Nancie. She is my family’s 1967 Avion travel trailer. For those of you who don’t know, Avions are very similar to Air streams in structure and style. We spent a few years renovating her with a goal of keeping as much of the interior vintage charm in tact as possible, while modernizing it for our traveling purposes. I always had intentions of using her for holiday mini sessions, but wanted to wait until we finished painting the exterior of the camper to do so.

I did a quick test shot for promos of this session using a tripod and my own family last year. This was just a mock up of the set and for the sessions this year, the decor will vary slightly. It is a truly unique experience: Retro Holiday Camper Mini.

Boho Lifestyle Studio Christmas Mini Session

In the past, I only offered backdrop style photos in my studio for the holidays. While those images are lovely, I wanted to incorporate my beautiful studio space for a holiday session. Typically, I use the lifestyle studio for newborn and maternity sessions, but I wanted to use it to create a holiday set that has more of a lifestyle and relaxed vibe.

I decorated my studio with holiday decor that was a bit more natural and bohemian. As you can see, the session has a cozy and casual vibe to it. You can dress up, wear pjs, go casual in sweaters and jeans and basically just snuggle up on the couch or under the tree for some warm and cozy family images. The entire studio space is the backdrop and will be decorated for the season. This set is perfect for families with little ones who don’t like to sit still on a backdrop for photos.

Classic Fall Family Mini Session

This session is a client favorite and I offer it every year. I usually only offer the Fall mini on weeknights, but this year I am also offering weekend morning time slots as well. This session is perfect for those who want updated photos of their family without props. The images are timeless and feature my blend of classic and more interactive portraiture.

The foliage will vary based on the date and location selected. You really can’t go wrong with this session. It will give you images that you can use for holiday cards and to hang on your walls. This is truly a timeless session.

September Weeknight Beach Family Sessions

If you have been waiting to book a beach family photo session, now is the time to do so. September is THE best month for beach photos. The sun sets close to the shore, the crowds are gone and the weather is mild and beautiful. While this is not a mini session, I am offering a special discount on these weeknight family sessions.

I am only offering three time slots for this session. They are full length sessions geared towards capturing fun and connected images of your family. Use these images for your cards, hang them on your walls and gift to family members.

Engagement and Couple Photographer Cornwall

As well as being a wedding photographer in Cornwall I am also a professional couple and engagement photoshoots. I love photographing love! In which I do love having photographed couples for the last 15 years in Cornwall and the rest of the world.

Whether you are a new couple or have been married for 50+ years, a professional couple is a wonderful gift. I have photographed couples of many stages of their relationship.

I always make sure the photoshoots are relaxed, unposed, and fun. Not many people enjoy having their photos taken, including me, which is why I make sure that you are both relaxed and happy during the shoot.

Engagement photoshoots are a great way to get used to the camera before your wedding and are offered as part of my wedding photography.
