Before I was a wedding photographer I was a professional music photographer working worldwide with big acts. My approach to wedding photography is simple: to create a whole story that documents your most important day in the most natural and beautiful way possible. Working on all that the pictures are captured for forever. I will always look to capture your special day naturally and organically, documenting the fun, laughter and happiness as and how it occurs. I cover set up, love, photographs of your big day directing you or your guests. I follow the narrative of the day and capture all of the magical moments.

I love being a wedding photographer in Cornwall. I've been professionally photographing weddings since 2004 and have captured hundreds of happy couples. Before I was a wedding photographer I was a professional music photographer working worldwide with big acts. Photography has always been a huge passion of mine ever since I was a child.

I grew up in Cornwall but have enjoyed travelling the world as much as possible since my early 20s. Not only do I love photographing weddings in Cornwall, I've never been lucky enough to capture couples special days all over the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.

One thing I hear all the time is nerves and worries around wedding photography – you might feel like you’re not photogenic, or you’re awkward in front of the camera, or that you’ll feel silly posing for pictures on your wedding day. Stunning Spring Engagement Photos In Logan Utah

Sarah and Davis have a love that is EVIDENT within the first moments of meeting them, and taking their spring engagement photos in Logan Utah was such a fun time. The spring blossoms couldn’t have been more perfect. Surrounded by blossomed trees, green grass, and beautiful views made for the perfect evening for spring engagement photos! They are getting married in July and will be sealing the deal at the Logan Utah Temple! Sarah and Davis will also be having their reception at the Eagles Landing Wedding and Event Center.

Encinitas Engagement: Christian and June

This Encinitas engagement session was on fire. The vibe is low key but the energy is high. If you haven’t been to Encinitas, it’s San Diego’s version of Venice Beach with less roller skates. It still has a good mix of hipster restaurants and coffee shops and quirky shops. After being followed by two teenage selfie queens, we headed down to the beach to watch the sunset. We finished the night at La Paloma Theatre, which is where June and Christian grew up and where they fell in love.

Summer Engagement at a Country Home

Sam & Emily’s summer engagement session took place at Sams family’s country home. The 75 acre grounds are truly a photo location dream! There is rustic barns, a pound, woods, rows and rows of trees, corn fields, beautiful fences, an air strip and a shed full of toys galore. Seeing someone take off on an evening flight right over our heads during an engagement session was certainly a first!

Engagement sessions are such a fun & relaxed way for couples to get comfortable in front of the camera. The sessions are very much a collaborative process. If you book an engagement photoshoot – and please do, if you can! – do ask your photographer for advice about anything you’re not sure of, from locations to what to bring – if you’d like advice, even what to wear! Styling an engagement session somewhat helps create stronger images.

Capturing these moments leading up to the wedding day is SO important. You are only engaged once, and engagement photos help you remember what this stage of life felt like. The giddiness, the excitement, and maybe a bit of nervousness – but also peace knowing everything will work out as long as you have your best friend by your side. If there is a place that is important to your relationship do not hesitate to incorporate it in your engagement session. You can even use the photos for wedding invitations (e-invites) and also for decoration purposes.

I always make sure the photoshoots are relaxed, unposed, and fun. Not many people enjoy having their photos taken, including me, which is why I make sure that you are both relaxed and happy during the shoot.
