Some of the more touristy and obvious ones are the Hollywood Sign, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Hollywood Bowl, and The Getty Center, just to name a few. Micheltorena Stairs, Silverlake is one of the most instagrammable places in Los Angeles. IGers make it a point to find these stairs even if it’s a quick visit and they don’t make it to the rest of these spots. The artist is Corinne Carrey and the stairs are right across the street from Alfred Coffee and the Micheltorena Elementary School. In Beverly Hills, you can find the Beverly Hills Hotel and the Stairs at Barneys New York, which is still worth checking out even though Saks Fifth is taking over the building.
Venice and Santa Monica
The Venice Beach Canals and The Venice Sign (at Pacific Ave & Windward Ave) are essential stops. In Santa Monica, you can visit Tongva Park or see the modern architecture of The Piece Collective.
