Hey! I'm Steven. I am a Cornwall Wedding Photographer. I have been professionally photographing weddings since 2004 and have captured hundreds of happy couples. Before I was a wedding photographer I was a professional music photographer working worldwide with big acts. My approach to wedding photography is simple: to create a whole story that documents your most important day in the most natural and beautiful way possible. Working on all that the pictures are captured for forever. I will always look to capture your special day naturally and organically, documenting the fun, laughter and happiness as and how it occurs. I cover set up, love, photographs of your big day directing you or your guests. I follow the narrative of the day and capture all of the magical moments.

I love being a wedding photographer in Cornwall. I've been professionally photographing weddings since 2004 and have captured hundreds of happy couples. Before I was a wedding photographer I was a professional music photographer working worldwide with big acts. Photography has always been a huge passion of mine ever since I was a child.

I grew up in Cornwall but have enjoyed travelling the world as much as possible since my early 20s. Not only do I love photographing weddings in Cornwall, I've never been lucky enough to capture couples special days all over the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.

The Enchanting Venue at Ballyseede Castle

Set against the striking copper-colored wall of The Belfry at Ballyseede Castle, this concept blends lush floral arrangements with contemporary details to create a truly captivating ambiance. The copper wall and tall windows of the newly-opened, custom-built 'Church Style' ceremony space, The Belfry, influence the entire color scheme, adding a sophisticated backdrop to the celebration. Inspired by Ballyseede Castle and it's grounds in the spring, the team took the artistic elements from the venue's original features—from the beautiful historical spaces, artwork and beautifully crafted furniture, to the gardens and views—and used them in every element of the design.

Artistic Design and Spring Floral Details

The timeless spring wedding design is anchored by a rich palette of dusty pinks, light rose, nudes, and whites, enhanced with touches of gold. Spring floral arrangements are the heart of this concept, from the gorgeous spring bridal bouquet and boutonnière, to the twining arches at the entrance and lush displays on the dining tables. Planted style blooms are a huge trend right now and we love Yesca's Flowers take on the organic wedding floral style. Each setting reflects the venue's tones, ensuring a seamless integration of natural beauty and modern luxury.

Romantic Bridal Fashion and Beauty

For the shoot, three different bridal gowns were chosen and complement the theme perfectly. The fit-and-flare by Rosa Clará, with detachable long sleeves and a richly embroidered train, and the ballgown by Anna Sposa, featuring 3D floral applications, are both inspired by the spring florals central to this theme. We spot dreamy Bella Belle bridal shoes! The groom completes the look in a classic and elegant tuxedo. A beautiful mix of fashion, fine art, and fun, Lena Freitag Weddings and a whole host of incredible Irish wedding suppliers designed a day worth dreaming about.

Stationery and Opulent Details

The elegant stationery suite by Nicnillas Ink features laid papers with illustrated floral prints and ribbon details, emphasizing the theme's natural elegance. Furthermore, the pink shard cake, hand crafted by MsCupcakeCork, adds a touch of opulence and modernity to the festivities. A romantic tablescape was set by wedding planner and stylist Lena Freitag Weddings, featuring planted-style blooms and overflowing with details that combine fresh spring tones and the romance of seasonal blooms.

As well as being a wedding photographer in Cornwall I am also a professional couple and engagement photoshoots. I love photographing love! In which I do love having photographed couples for the last 15 years in Cornwall and the rest of the world.

Whether you are a new couple or have been married for 50+ years, a professional couple is a wonderful gift. I have photographed couples of many stages of their relationship.

I always make sure the photoshoots are relaxed, unposed, and fun. Not many people enjoy having their photos taken, including me, which is why I make sure that you are both relaxed and happy during the shoot.

Engagement photoshoots are a great way to get used to the camera before your wedding and are offered as part of my wedding photography.
