When and how will I receive my photos?
Engagement sessions are completed around 4 weeks. Wedding galleries are completed around 20-24 weeks. But you'll receive a sneak peek within 30 days! Your will receive a shareable link to view your gorgeous gallery online. So gone is the possibility that no one will ever see your photos!
How can I get the best image results?
Choose a getting ready location with lots of windows/outdoor lighting. Avoid a room or venue with yellow/orange walls if possible. For your engagement session, wear something you feel comfortable and natural in, and dress for the weather! Outfits should complement each other. I recommend choosing a color palette with around 2-3 colors, and you can also include patterns! One complimentary outfit change is included.
Can I order prints and keepsakes?
Your gallery has a built-in print shop, so you'll be able to order fine art prints, wall art, albums, save-the-dates, thank-you's, and other keepsakes, at the highest quality possible in the USA. You also receive full printing rights, so you can feel free to order prints and products at any store of your choice. Keep in mind that consumer print shops (ie, Shutterfly, Snapfish, Walmart, etc) always reduce the resolution and alter the color grading of images.
What are your booking and travel policies?
Are you covered by insurance? Yes! I can send a copy of my certificate of insurance to your venue. How far do you travel? Everywhere! I will meet you anywhere in the world you'd like. What about the rain? In the case of inclement weather, I will contact you that day to confirm the rain date, and we will reschedule as many times as needed.
What is your payment and refund policy?
I will send you a contract that is easy to sign electronically. Both a signed contract + payment are required to hold any date. A retainer is required to book. Your remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding. Alternatively, you may choose to pay-in-full at the time of booking, and receive a discount! All payments are saved as full credit, should you need to cancel or reschedule your wedding date.
